Sherri Dyer at MDI Mortgage is amazing. She knows the mortgage business inside and out. Her knowledge base, wealth of experience and network of contacts made us feel the utmost confidence in the process. The mortgage rate that she locked in for us was just as low as any bigger name mortgage company could provide. The fact that she's local to our community allowed us to feel united in the common cause of financing a home in this beautiful place. She was always quick to respond to our questions, very patient, and most of all very calming. Her voice immediately put me at ease each time I spoke with her, which was greatly needed during some of the stressful times. I HIGHLY recommend Sherri and MDI Mortgage.

Sherri Dyer is AMAZING at what she does! She was able to look at my circumstances and needs and quickly come up with the best plan of action for my mortgage. Sherri found me the lowest possible interest rate and discussed all the options and types of loans with me so I could choose the one that best suited my needs. She was extremely helpful, responsive, and caring. It is clearly a passion of hers to make sure people feel positive and supported when making such a huge commitment. With Thanksgiving, Christmas, and pending New Years in the way of a timely closing, Sherri was able to find which companies would be helpful and responsive and we were able to fit everything in within the time frame we had hoped for. Outstanding service and an awesome, helpful, caring attitude. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Very knowledgeable and professional, I knew that I could completely trust and rely on her. Always available and willing to go above and beyond to help.
