      Hands down the worst financial institution in NW Ind. I will have everything ready to go for drive thru clearly outlined and a teller will ask is this a loan payment? I will reply with what does it say? Now I’m next in line for any 4 terminals and I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes. 10 minutes. They worked at the speed of turtles. I finally closed my account bc they pulled my credit without asking. And the chick was like oh, sorry? I guess? They’re painfully slow. They don’t have check deposit on the mobile app and it is 2021 and my two other credit unions do. They’ve not returned calls for loans. But I have to trudge there bc it is where my husband has loans. Seriously the worst, most outdated credit union. I get anxiety when I have to go to one of the locations.
