  Members Plus Credit Union went above and beyond to help get myself and my fiance into two newer vehicles by getting approved for two separate auto loans. Process was quick and painless. In one month we had our vehicles in our driveway. Truly took the horror out of the car buying experience. Mimi and Kassandra kept me informed and in the loop every step of the way. Amazing customer service! Cannot thank them enough.

  Tried to make a deposit on Friday @ 9:30 am Bank was closed!! So I decided to use the ATM to make my deposit, NO envelopes available to make my deposit! Tried calling every branch !! All were closed!! What the hell!!!😡

Also, keep in mind that the Norwood ATM disburses an envelope for your convenience after you confirm your deposit amount using the ATM touchscreen. This is helpful when deposit envelopes are not available in the ATM vestibule. In the event of severe inclement weather, please visit our website and social media channels for up to date branch open/close information. Also, please check out our digital services, nearly any activity you need to do, you can do online. Additionally, if you download our mobile app, you can even deposit your checks.   Horrible customer service, they take your social and when asked why something wasn’t approved they don’t have an answer. Then the lady just hangs up. They need to fire the entire staff at this location and rehire others that know how to properly communicate with people. I would never send anybody here ever . I will be getting in touch with a lawyer as it’s very sketchy as to why you can’t give me a specific reason but you took my personal information. If anything shows up on my credit I will come for this company. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. Scams!
