Lack of communication, if you are a first time buyer, and have a lot of questions, this is not the people you should go with. Especially because as a first time buyer you will have a lot of questions, and they take forever to respond and to get all your paperwork ready. At last minute will tell you they are missing certain things and keep delaying it and then end up not answering.
