  Well, this will be a long one… To say that the Ryan Grubbs Team is your average run of the mill mortgage company is a joke, and VERY laughable! This team is the best in the game! Being first time home buyers it felt like getting hit by a wave of information from all direction. But, the team at Ryan Grubbs couldn’t have been more supportive, understanding and most importantly caring. We can’t say enough good things about Lindsey and how she handled our mortgage from start to finish. She was there day, night or anxiety attack to talk us thru the process and help us at every turn. Lindsey is a problem solver, a go-getter and just all around super caring individual. Lindsey showed up for our closing with flowers in tow to meet us, hug us and congratulate us on our new home. That meant the world to us, knowing it wasn’t just some random person putting on a show on the other end of a phone or email chain. This team is made up of people. Genuine people that care for their clients and lookout for them thru the whole process. We want to thank everyone at the Ryan Grubbs Mortgage Team for a smooth mortgage process. But, we want to give a very special shout out to Lindsey! Thank you ma’am for all you did! You were there every step of the way. We hope to work with you again in the future. To be honest we don’t think anyone could ever come close to the care and compassion you showed. Thank you Lindsey. Thank y’all!!! We love our new home.
