      I stopped by this branch yesterday and the young teller who helped me absolutely went above and beyond. My job hasn't paid me for 3 weeks and the bills are piling up and it's been very stressful. I was making a deposit and I started to cry in the bank, and I was just so embarrassed to be crying out in public, but the teller was so compassionate and kind to me. She asked me if there was anything that they could do to help me, and let me know about a few options that were available. She expressed sympathy for my situation and didn't act like I was a crying weirdo, even though I totally was. I've always liked this branch, but now I love it.

      The wait time for this place is ridiculous. There was one teller and another wandering. Plus all the people in the offices.

      I have thoroughly enjoyed being a member of MACU. They have always made it easy to talk to and help me in anyway I have needed. Everyone there is so polite and helpful. If you are looking for a 1st rate Credit Union look no further.
