      Have called this business several times inquiring about using their services, told I would receive a call back. Never received a call back. Called one more time this morning and inquired about their process for taking new clients, the person covering the desk said that they are very busy and new clients must be cleared with the owner. It would have been nice to hear that in the beginning. Seems like an odd way to run a business.

I really do wish I can help everyone but first we must maintain the utmost quality of service we can provide to our existing clients. Second, is to ensure we can provide absolute quality of service to new clients. This is part of our “business model”. We receive at least 10-20 calls per day for inquiries.
