      Since COVID is send this location has had issues with communication, staffing and proper training. I stand behind navy fed as being a satisfied member for 10 years. It’s just difficult to be a member on Long Island because they have not invested into brick and mortar locations. Therefore any issues must be handled over the phone ir driving to this location. It is also in a restricted are so you have to remember to have a dependent ID or active CAC. Being a resident on Long Island I recommend having a local primary bank and navy fed makes a great secondary resource.

      I WAS TREATED VERY POORLY BY CHERYL. SHE MADE ME FEEL UNDERVALUED, AND WAS VERY SNOTTY. BECAUSE OF HER NASTY ATTITUDE IM CHANGING MY BANK. THANKS TO CHERYL I WAS LEFT FRUSTRATED AND I CALL FOR CHERYL TO BE FIRED. SHE IS UNFRIENDLY,SNOTTY, AND OBNOXIOUS. SHE IS THE WORSE REPRESENTATIVE IVE EVER DEALT WITH AND LACKS COMPASSION FOR HER LINE OF WORK.
