  Michelle was incredible to work with. From our very first conversation. To keeping in touch the whole year we searched for a home. To making sure everything was good and settled after we closed. It seemed like she was always available for my tons of questions, and would respond almost immediately. She was so great and patience with my lack of knowledge in most areas. I felt so comfortable with her the entire time. And she was genuinely excited for us when we finally found a home and got to close. I'm excited i found a perfect fit for our Home Loan, in Michelle and New American Funding. I'm excited to work with her in the future.

  Michelle was a delight to work with. In the beginning, I laid out my goals and when things didn't work in line with them, Michelle didn't add any pressure. Michelle remained in touch and vigilant.   I LOVED working with Michelle Shabestari! I talked to several other lenders throughout the refinance process to make sure I was getting the best deal. Not only was Michelle able to beat out the competition, her customer service was second to none. She was friendly, competent, and professional. She always kept me informed and responded quickly to my questions throughout the process. Michelle is truly a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
