      Terrible customer service on the phone, I try to make a payment for my mothers cars which I normally do online. Then changed there system and then the give you a hard time to make a payment cause they dont want to give any info on what is due or account number which is ridiculous. Every single check you make in any bank that goes out to the public has a account number on it so whats the mystery with dumb kia payment loan account number

      They make $8,800 worth of charges on your auto loans without calling or contacting you first, then when you call to ask about it you get placed on hold or shuffled around to other people for hours
