  I dont know how to start this review of Eric Larson, lets start by saying I couldnt appreciate him or his team more.  Eric came  highly recommended from someone else is his industry.  From the very first conversation with eric  he treated me with respect, he never made me feel like I was a burden, even though I came to him with a lot of hurdles, he took them on and held our hand to the finsish line .  He is truly a fantastic person with so much compassion for my particular situation.  I stood to lose a great deal of money and Eric was understanding and was very reassuring that we would get it done.   Eric had the best layed out plan for our difficult situation.  He stood by his commitment to me, I feel like he worked tirelessly with me and we closed on time. He takes a true interest in his clients, he is a fantastic person, very honest and treated me like we where great friends.
