We had shopped around and looked at other mortgage brokers prior to visiting Guild and were left underwhelmed.       Ariel Gunderson was fast, professional and relational. She even let me know I could be saving on my current Home Owners policy, which I was able to make happen before submitting our docs. Our refi was painless and the easiest I have ever experienced in my 25 + years of home ownership. Huge Kudos to Ariel... this is an undertaking that I dread and put off but in the future I know who to call right away! BTW I HATE doing reviews and rarely do them but this one was worth letting you know about!
