      Besides the high interest rates, they have horrible customer service. Their loan servicing manager, Ryan Thompson never returned my phone calls or replied to my emails regarding finalizing the paperwork for loan payoff or late fees that I should not have been charged. I Do not recommend Pacific Private money to anyone.
