Went there on Sat the 12th @ 2:00pm to cash a cheque. Sign says "this branch in now closed for lack of help" "Visit 49 Hazard ave. 9:00-12:00" No place to cash it. Still listed online as active. Update:8-9-21 Still online as active?? IT IS CLOSED!!!!!!!!!

This bank in General is shady. I don't not recommend anyone to use people's...I've had an account since I was 16 now I'm 30. Perfect example I went negative 10 dallors. Before they applied the overdraft fee I got it out of the negative. Then their overdraft fee made my account negative again so what did the bank do gave me another overdraft fee because I went negative because of the first fee. How is this not shady? Or let's talk back when they charged me 4 overdraft fees the day I got paid trying to tell me I'm not allowed to use my money the day I got paid and still NEVER been reimbursed for it. So when your bank is taking advantage of you...who can you really turn to? I only keep this bank because I've had it so long but trust I've definitely opened Ed an account elsewhere and use that bank more..smh
