      Worst customer service ever! Couldn’t get a signature card updated as no one knows what’s going on and everything is “AGAINST OUR POLICY” Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing Moving our accounts.

      we opened online account with PNC online in response to their 300.00 offer, never received documents from the bank to complete account set up so in two weeks went to the bank to complete account set up. Manager told us not to worry about delay and promised to extend our time line for the direct deposit to get special offer. The extension was never done and we never received promotional money.
