      I was given a temporary card by the manager after my wallet had been stolen a few days earlier. The next day I go to activate my card and can’t because the temporary card does not have 3-digit security code on back. I reach out to customer service, who then informs me that the card was never uploaded by branch. WORSE part is today is Saturday. The bank is closed and I will have to go all weekend without having any way whatsoever to access my funds. This was a mistake that will cause super inconvenience on my part for next 48hrs! I will be there Monday morning to close my account. The negligence of not just an associate, but the actual branch manager herself is completely unacceptable. BANK ELSEWHERE!!

      $5 money orders....they will not take and count our children's change to deposit into their savings prosperity acct...the only thing they seem willing to do is take your money...we will be transferring our accts....already did our savings....
