  Husband called to fix something on our account and was told by the personal banker that if it where for her she wouldn't be helping him and she started raising her voice. I completely understand that sometimes things get frustrating but no matter what the situation is, raising your voice never solves a situation.

  I've been banking with this branch for 17 years with no overdrafts or problems. I went to deposit a large Check the other day and was treated like I was trying to pull something. They took a long time discussing something and finall agreed to deposit it with stipulations. Didn't like the way I was treated.

  My husband and i work in odessa are staying in odessa as truck drivers but are actual home is in Oklahoma....prosperity bank is in Oklahoma and Tx and our company in odessa banks with them so we tried to open an account....lady was no help. Basically told us to go to Oklahoma to open the account....wants proof of residence which we have but from our oklahoma address.... Apparently you have to have an odessa address which makes no sense seens how like i said prosperity bank is in Oklahoma....Haver never had any problems with US Bank or bank of America.....thanks for your help prosperity...
