      I've been banking here for a while and they're awesome they always help me with anything that I need. Plus when I have my dog they always give her a dog treat which is so nice. I wouldn't recommend any other bank in town.

      BUSINESSES BEWARE!! The company I work for has switched to Prosperity bank and they CANNOT keep up with business needs. They may be a good bank for a small personal account but they never have change for business accounts, they take extremely long when counting deposits and always seem to be angry and understaffed. I have literally run out of change everyday since we have changed to this bank. They want to limit change orders for most businesses unless they like you, then you can have all the change you want. Never had this issue with Wells Fargo and if I had the power to change back I certainly would.

      Never get things done in a timely manner. I only stop here to get change for my business and my visit is NEVER under 20 minutes. How long does it take to turn $100 of $20’s into $1’s? I could understand if they are busy but most times I am the only one around. I have been sitting at the window going on almost 10 minutes now with no hello or anything. Rude rude rude! I wouldn’t do business with them if this wasn’t who my owner wanted to use. STAY AWAY!
