      This is one of the WORST banks I have ever worked for & banked at. Management is clueless and useless when it comes to helping customers, running transactions, “guiding & training” their employees. The Kermit Highway location misses structure in all aspects . And the lobby manager who supposedly is someone who has 10+ years of experience in the banking field lacks every single requirement that makes a good manager. This company DOES NOT care about their employees and it shows. I worked here for 4 weeks, did more than their current employees, was never out of balance as opposed to others that have been there longer. I called in 2 times for my sick daughter, provided doctors notes & they decided to fire me without any warning. This place is despicable, there’s favoritism and is unfair. I will NEVER recommend anyone here.
