  Straight trash, and unprofessional. I was considering using this company for an investment property. Their site claims that they can't get you into a property with 0 money down using the revenue potential from the property as your income. It sounded too good to be true but I filled out the form anyways. The next day I received a call from a man who didn't identify himself, or the company he worked for. He went over the information I submitted and proceeded to ask me for 40k. Don't work with them. Their site is a lie and the employees rude.

  They got behind in processing and delayed my closing date by 10 days, costing me per diem and nearly costing me the deal. They didn't do anything to remediate.

  PHL loan originator out of NJ was horrible to work with. PHL is only a servicing co, Recovoco is the actual mortgage co and when you complain with them it takes weeks for them to respond. I started a refi in April it didn’t close until July 2020, Shawn P. a Sr Loan Originator became defensive when I asked for a lower interest rate and threaten to cancel the process several times. It was so late in the game I was forced to stick with PHL. Due to Covid I had requested for them to waive my appraisal fee, he agreed but it still appeared on my closing docs it took me to speak to a closing manager in order for it to be removed. It was not until June he told me I needed to contact the closing dept to find out when I could close. He then blamed it on “title” issues for the delay of closing, I called the title co and they had given the “clear to close” a week prior. I asked to speak to his boss at Recovco or at PHL didn’t hear from him until the week of closing. I hope they would sell my loan or interest rates drop even more to get out of this company.
