      When you start the home buying process for the first time you get all this advice about the courses you'll need to take and all of the research you'll need to do. The best advice I can give is to seek out a mortgage broker! Kathy and her team were amazing to work with. They took care of all the things. It was nice to have someone handling all of the ins and outs and just telling me what it means and where to sign. They pulled our credit scores, identified which loan best suited our needs and informed us as to the requirements before signing. Kathy was even found a grant from the state of NH for first time home buyers that covered 3% of our down payment. We closed on our home August 30, 2018 and can't say enough about how easy the Regency team made this process for us and how much of a pleasure they all were to work with.
