  I went into this place on a referral from a friend of mine to check out the gun inventory as I am a collector and he told me they had a fair amount of good inventory and sometimes found a good buy. I unfortunately was disappointed and doubt I will go back again unless they get new employees or at least train certain ones on customer service. I went over to the guns where a lady with her hair pulled back was on the phone talkin, never acknowledged me once because she was to busy on the phone talking to what sounded like her child and whomever was tending them. There were two other employees in the store a gentleman helping a few people at the desk and another lady with short blonde hair helping some people with jewelry. I was in the store pacing back and forth at the guns at no avail so I turned to leave after about I would say 15-20 minutes while she never stopped talking on her phone or broke away to speak to me until I got to the door and then and only then did she pull the phone away and loudly say did you want to buy a gun today sir sorry I have a child that fell with a booboo, at this point I do not want anything because I apparently am not the focus so I just waved her off and left. I then went to a few other places and ended up purchasing 3 guns, 2 riffles and a pistol which may not mean much in the long run but I would definitely have been a repeat customer so it adds up. I was not going to bring attention to this but my friend that referred me there said they are constantly asking for reviews so I decided maybe this will help train and get better customer service for others in the future. I am all about supporting local business as long as they support us.

  Dear Elton, I do understand your frustration. Normally, I would have taken the call to the back of the store for a personal break, however I was with one of our regulars and he was ok with me taking the call since we are short staffed and showing him the guns as I spoke with my mother in law. My 7 month old hit her head on the fireplace hearth and then flung her head back again and hit the backside as well. My MIL wasn’t sure if she should go to the ER so I was trying to quickly assess the situation and still be present for the business. I did notice your arrival and had hoped to be available to you by reaching out. I apologize about the untimely manner of the situation and sincerely hope you return to shop with us once again. Please thank your friend for his recommendation as well. Your experience is not the norm and we strive for top notch customer service. I would love the chance to turn this review around.
