  Round point has not been paying the property taxes and we nearly lost the home to tax sale. Despite numerous calls to round point, emailing all the documents etc, the are still not paying the taxes. Instead they send us a check as an “overage”, then I have to go pay it plus all the late fees and processing fees as a result. Do not use them. I have been a real estate broker fpr 21 years and they are by far the worse.

  My experience with Freedom Mortgage was absolutely wonderful. From the beginning, I worked with two phenomenal gentlemen F.Nibo and V.Queen, who were very professional, knowledgeable and truly informative about the mortgage loan business. The entire process went rather smoothly and consistent until reaching the final goal. The service from start to finish was Excellent -- no complaints. I have already and will continue to refer family/friends sorority/church members/colleagues to Fredom Mortgage.
