  It was such a pleasure to work with Charlie Miller and the Roundpoint team. Anyone who has ever purchased a house can tell you that the loan process is a bear. The Roundpoint team made it as easy as possible. It was such a different experience than our first home with a large bank lender. I could not recommend this team more. We needed our approval letter changed on a holiday weekend which would never have happened with a large lender but Charlie delivered. I was so happy with the responsiveness of the team. We always had our questions answered and didn't have to jump through a million hoops to get it done. We received our clear to close well in advance and were able to relax during the week of settlement.
