My realtor tried his best as did my loan officer but the entire process was a stressful nightmare. I almost ended up homeless because I had already sold my house in Los Angeles. The seller Mary Martinez was the worst agent and she should never be allowed to sell again!!!! Buying a half a million dollar home back in LA was the easiest transaction and closed in almost 2 weeks. Buying a 180 house with 20% was extremely difficult. Honestly, My realtor Daniel and Victoria kept my sanity but I would never want to do another loan here.
