  Hello, My name is Demetrius Sims. I just recently received wonderful news about my home loan yesterday. I had a very unique situation with my whole loan process. I have dealt with a couple of banks and few mortgage companies over the course my loan process. There were so many different loan specialist and loan officers , that looked at my situation, and did not have answers to certain obstacles. My home is a new build and it took a course of 8 months, or longer to come to end of the process and closing next week. Throughout my time working with Mrs. Shana Hughes , she made my wife and I very comfortable and confident , that should would get the deal done, and she did. She is so nice, sweet , kind, and any other positive adjective you can think of to describe a person. She is the best at what she does. As I mentioned earlier, I worked with a few different individuals at different companies. Most of the ones could have done more I felt like, or maybe they just didn’t know, and there was one company that was just a waste of my time. She took my information and had me do the application and all of the other things to go with the mortgage process. I did everything that was required of me, and this person just dropped the ball on me. I told Mrs. Hughes what I had been through with these companies. She basically, promised me that she would not do what the others done, and she did not. Mrs. Hughes took my situation, challenges and all, made this deal happen, and was very quick to respond to any questions I had. She went above and beyond to let me know that I was in “Good “ hands. Mrs. Hughes hands are just like “Allstate” You know what they say about Allstate😊. Mrs. Hughes responds to you any day of the week, even on Sundays, not suggesting anyone contact her other than business hours, lol. I’m just stating facts. She is very knowledgeable in her profession, and if anyone is looking to get a mortgage and have Great representation, then choose GATEWAY MORTGAGE. Please ask for Mrs. Shana Hughes. I can almost promise you, you will not be disappointed. I tried working with banks in the past, somewhat too complicated. I don’t want to tell anyone what to do, or how to do it, but choosing Mrs. Hughes you will be glad you did. I’m sorry for going on and on, but I can’t say everything that I would like to say here, so just take the experience with her and you will see why I’m raving so much😊. This was and excellent experience for my family and I.Thank you Mrs. Hughes!! You 🪨!!

  Shana and the rest of the Gateway team are first-rate. They have been very helpful and accommodating on the entire mortgage process from beginning to end. Shana is very quick to respond to questions and never hesitates taking care of the process on her end. I always felt like I was a top priority working with her. The online portal for mortgage documents and the progress videos are a nice touch. I am duly impressed with my whole experience. I highly recommend Shana Hughes and Gateway Mortgage for your future home purchases!

  I tried this mortgage company after one of the biggest mortgage companies in the US wouldn't answer me back. Within minutes I was approved and was sending in needed docs within hours. Never waited for over a few minutes to get an email reply, even when Shana was out of office. Shana's videos explain every step of the way and she is so calm and helpful. Definitely an A+ company!
