  Our original loan process went very smoothly and our lender rep was great to work with. Unfortunately, this is one of the companies that does sell your mortgage immediately. Be careful if you decide to work with Sierra Pacific. You may get a great rate, and have a great experience, but once you close, your problems will begin. We made one payment in July and our loan was then transferred to a substandard lender. From October to January, I filed 2 complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau against the new servicer for loan servicing issues. They sold our mortgage to another company in January. I've been waiting since then to get a new issue resolved (partially resulting from an escrow error at the former servicer) and have just filed new complaint with the CFPB against this servicer. These loan servicers are sub-standard at best and honestly they should not be in business at all. I've spent way too many hours trying to get all these issues resolved simply to make a monthly mortgage payment.
