      Josh Tellefsen is the best broker you’ll ever be able to find! I bought my first home as an investment, knowing it was not my forever home, but expected to be there a number of years. Then just after two years of being in the house, I stumbled across my dream home that was in the perfect location and was literally a once in a lifetime find, AND just happened to be for sell! There were so many things that had to happen and so many stars that had to align for this to work out and thanks to Josh Tellefsen and Matthew Moffit at James & Lee Realty who moved worlds and created the perfect alignment, I now have it! Josh helped me come up with a plan for refinancing my first home and getting a fantastic rate on my new mortgage. Any time I would go into the bank for a cashier’s check, they’d say, oh you are buying a home? We’ve got great competitive rates! I’d look at them and say, uh no thanks, my broker got me a rate better than the bottom line rate you advertise! Not only did he help me with a plan and get me a fantastic rate, but he helped me get a great deal on insurance with a great insurance company, prodded the VA appraisers when they were creating delays in my appraisal and made sure I was informed every step of the way! It was so fantastic to get a phone call in the afternoon just to let me know where we were at even if nothing had changed, the piece of mind that he was tracking it was huge! I can’t say enough about Josh and Matt, these two gentlemen have gone above and beyond and outside anything required of them just to help make things easier for me. They were always there to support no matter the time or day. I don’t think there is any way they’ll ever know how much I appreciate them, but if you EVER need a broker or realtor these are your guys!
