Bad service they lie they want to waste your time they will try press charges for no reason stuff Simmons bank is the worst bank ever I recommend use a different bank the customer service

After my mother's death I closed her account, they then tell me social security toke money out of the account. Social security tells me they didn't get any money, because the account was closed. The branch manager sent it to a collection agency, saying that I owe money that was never taken out of the closed account. Be very careful doing business with this branch. They are not trust worthy, with anybody's money.
