      Love the bank. Staff is friendly. Only hangup is the lobby not being open on Saturday. I work long hours during the week and needed to find out about my status for free checking. I was told two months ago that they would look into it and notify me of their decision. I have yet to hear from anyone. Most other banks would at least have someone on duty and lobby open on Saturdays for situations like this. I still love the bank but it does need addressed.
