Katy Vargas was a tremendous help to me today! I have been to the credit union on 610 West and the one on 1960, asking for help, but they were always too busy to help me, and told me that I had to go to Chase Bank to get the help that I needed! Katy Vargas helped me make a deposit, apply for a ATM card, and showed me how to move money from my Chase savings account to my credit union account—all the things that I’ve been asking the other credit union to help me learn how to do! Katy was ver patient, calm, and informative. I am forever indebted to her and will always be appreciative of her assistance. Katy needs to be recognized as an outstanding employee.

Great Experience every time I go to branch. I am greeted every time I walk in and I know that I will be taken care of to the best of their ability. The entire staff is very friendly. The intern program at Smart Financial is top notch and the students are always professional and courteous. The parking is unusual, but the convenient location inner city far outweighs any parking situation there. Highly recommend visiting this amazing branch for anything you may need. Keep up the great work Lamar Branch! :)
