Huge SouthState bank fan and do most of our business. Only flaw was the drive through … waited 20 minutes to get service before any transaction.

DO NOT USE We recently relocated to Sun City Hilton Head and transferred our SouthState Bank accounts. We’ve had NOTHING BUT bad experiences from the get go. Today, I went through the drive through to do a withdrawal for me and one for a family member. They refused to do the withdrawal even though I am on the account? Time to change banks!!!

Just spent 20 minutes at the drive through. One person a head of me. No direct phone number to this branch. How convenient. Through with this branch. Always take at least 30 min.
