  Very nice and clean and some of the staff was welcoming despite the front manager turning me away for trying to swap out a mutilated hundred-dollar bill. Ran out of gas on 27 up past Walmart towards lowes ....walked ALL THE WAY BACK to get gas at Murphy! Got turned away told to go to SOUTH STATE and swap it out. Walmart said to go swap it out .. amscot said the same and this particular SOUTH STATE definitely gets thumbs down Fort running away a possible new account holder and another thumbs down or being rude and lying about not being able to swap out the bill stating I had to be an account holder. Had no duration or the fact that I just walked two and a half miles on 27 in the blistering Heat trying to swap out this bill and get gas

  I wish i could give this bank 0 stars! This Bank Has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called about my husbands account and MISTY got an attitude after i asked to speak to a manager. My husband has banked here for years and for the last two years we treated horribly. i also feel like i was racial profiled due to the fact that Misty told me i called yelling at her, which is a complete lie. My husband is closing this account ONLY because of the poor service from the tellers to the managers!
