Didn’t realize you get so many transfers from a savings account to a checking (mind you these are both my accounts) Looked on my Savings account and saw a 155.00 Service Charge. When I called to ask for it to be waved since you know no one even bothered giving a courtesy call of too many transfers etc. I was just told that I didn’t read the fine print and they won’t do anything for me. Changing banks because of horrible customer service and never banking with them again.

Went here today to get cash. THE ATM ATE MY CARD. Then the branch manager comes out and they do nothing and say that it’s my fault. These people are a joke. **One employee said that this is the fourth time that it happened. You would think that they would put an out of order sign up.**
