  Great bank and amazing staff. We’ve had issues with other banks in the county but this one is hands down the best. They always go out of their way to help in any way they can.

  I have been with South State Bank for a long time. I have two business and two personal accounts. I have recommend to friends and family encouraging them to bank with South State any opportunity I get. I don't usually write reviews, especially bad ones knowing the impact it can cause on a business. However, within the past year or so I have been very disappointed with the lack of communication and poor customer service they have provided me. At this particular location we have not had good experiences. The supervisor is rude and not willing to keep customers. Due to this past incident, I will be closing my accounts next week and I will no longer recommend.
