      This happen well over 2 years ago before pandemic but went to see Adam who i hear is AWESOME! , but ended up dealing with Manager/Loan Officer Jessica who was draining and borderline gave me the feeling of prejudice due to my dreads and athletic wear. Very condescending when I told her my monthly salary I guess black and mixed people can't make over a certain wage these days. W2 and pay stubs were verified once but she requested more proof (which she could clearly see from my direct deposits). Left without completing loan process and went to Sunset which had me completed in minutes. Hope she's gone

      The worst drive thru service in rocky mount. Sat in the drive thru over 30 minutes to just cash a check. With all 4 lanes open. Never going back to that branch.
