      Since every single interaction I've had at this bank has been positive, I'm really shocked at the low Google rating. I've been banking at this location since January 2020 and everyone from the tellers to the upper level folks have been kind, efficient, and really made sure they helped. I'm just a librarian, not some wealthy business woman with clout in the community, so it means a lot that they have treated me like my business matters every time. Also, extra appreciation goes to Jacob Stanley who most recently helped me with some confusing paperwork and was absolutely fantastic.

      I'm a state employee with a legal immigration status. According to SECU policies, a permanent resident pays no down payment for mortgage but I have to pay 20%. Hmmmm I'm just wondering why? We do the same work but we get treated differently. That's pure discrimination. Such a shame!
