      Went there at 3:00 P.M when there was no one there, and had to wait ten minutes to receive help. When I finally got to speak to the service’s officer, she was clueless. I had asked a simple question, but she had no idea what I was talking about. Ended up taking thirty minutes for a five minute visit.

      Unfortunate experience with a very unfortunate employee. I have had an account at this bank for almost a decade. Today I offered to try and cash a check for a friend who is down on their luck. First off the speaker was broken on the drive through so nothing could be heard easily. Unfortunately the check couldn't be cashed which is fine. What isn't fine is being treated badly. I suspect the teller saw 2 young men attempting to cash a "suspicious" check with backwards hats. Or at least that's the way she treated us. Eye rolls and exasperation easily identified even with a mask on. She made us feel like we were doing something wrong. I have multiple accounts with this bank with money in all of them. I wasn't treated like a customer and that is very unfortunate. I am actually thinking about closing my accounts after today.
