  Without boring you with the long version, we had a mortgage broker completely the drop the ball on a very time sensitive refinance. We called Dominic Pomilia in a panic and his team really saved the day! We has cash in hand within three short weeks. They take the time to complete the application with you to address any issues or concerns you. The entire team is very communicative without creating any additional stress. Start to finish, I don't think they could have made it any easier on us and have already recommended them to friends and family.

  I had my mortgage with one of the big banks, then refinanced with Supreme Lending. I feel the agent I worked with did the best he could, responding quickly and trying to be helpful. But a good agent can only do so much working for a company that does not seem to be very good. Supreme Lending has sold my policy twice in less than 2 years, and the second company it sold my policy to sent the introduction package to the wrong address and with the name of a complete stranger along with my name, requiring me to spend hours upon hours trying to figure out where to send my monthly mortgage payment. This second company has since incorrectly charged me for a lapse in insurance coverage, which never happened, so I had to spend time resolving that problem. My initial big bank lender had no issues, never moved my loan and never incorrectly charged me. Private lenders can be flexible and creative, allowing borrowers options not available elsewhere. But my experience with Supreme Lending has resulted in hours and hours correcting mistakes I did not make nor should have been made.
