      They refuse to provide certain banking services that only they are authorized to provide and then they blame it on Covid and the bank president.

      So you got a star only because one lady was extremely nice to me and actually helped (shorter African American with grey dreads.) There was probably 10-15 people “working” in here, but nobody was actually doing anything. One lady was trying to hold the drive thru and then there was two ladies at the front counter. Everyone else was just standing around talking ignoring me and the other 6 people in line (as you can see in this picture.) The only thing good about this bank was that lady.

      I wish I could give this a 0 star, but I can't. I went through drive thru saturday afternoon with a legitimate check from a Synovos bank, and they refused to let me cash it. The drive thru is for customers only. Well I was in Valdosta, my bank is in Tifton, and she was like sorry drive to tifton. Hhhmmm how do they stay in business?
