      Find another bank to do your mortgage through. This bank, along with Chemical Bank(TCF just aquired), has ZERO interest in customer service; ESPECIALLY when they are at fault. Even when the "Senior V.P." Dan Ehler is notified. You'd think if things got that high up, a SENIOR VP would make sure something was done. But no. He has so far, followed suit with everyone else involved in this fiasco; send out a boiler plate email, and hide from any other means of communication, and effort to get this matter resolved, and at the VERY LEAST; explained. To date, not a single acceptance of responsibility, or apology. STAY AWAY from this bank for your mortgage needs.
