      Agent abandoned us during the build/selling process; lack of communication between sales & financing teams; home was not ready when look-thru was scheduled, HVAC installed incorrectly (backwards), corners cut (walls were only painted as high as the painter could reach), leaks in roof, subpar materials used in build (wood floors splintering and peeling, grouting crumbling off and cracked tiling); warranty requests fall on deaf ears; yes the facade is nice, yes the neighborhood is visually appealing, but don't let that cloud your judgement. AVOID THIS BUILDER!
