  We have have been clients of Tom Gates since 2017. Tom has worked on a few loans for us and every time we have been very satisfied with how he handled the job. Tom is responsive, timely, diligent, friendly and professional! Recently, in 2022, we were in an impossible situation where we had to close a purchase in just three weeks; Tom and his team made it happen so smoothly and perfectly on time. Everyone in Tom's team, including Ren, the newest associate, is wonderful. Highly recommend!

  I can cut to the chase here and state that, of the approximately 6 times that we have refinanced, this experience was without a doubt the most seamless, fluid, and easy to navigate thanks solely to the Gates Lending Team. They were incredibly thorough in their approach yet made the process unusually quick and easy, and made it known that they were there to assist at every step... We are young family and life seems quite busy essentially every. single. day. so although we are motivated to pursue an endeavor like a refinance for it's financial benefits, it's nonetheless a daunting task. However, they made it easy and straightforward and their years of combined experience shone through. Without question, we will use this team in the future!
