      If you need to complete a simple transaction with a teller, bring a book and pack a snack, because you will be there at least 30 minutes. (One person seems to cover both the drive thru and the lobby, and they move at a glacial pace.) If you need anything more complicated, or a signature notarized, I recommend you just go to a different branch. This location does not respect their customers’ time at all.

      *sigh* I this was the second Truist I went into today where I experienced the same thing. (First I went to the one in Piedmont, near Cheshire Bridge) I (black guy) walk in and get no greeting. Shortly after a white guy walks in and gets THE most robust greeting ever! Mind you, this place is full of people of color!!! We gotta stop that. Customer service should be customer service across the board. Granted, when I got to Monique C. She was a PLEASURE to work with. So that’s a huge plus. We gotta stop the discrimination though. #ILoveUsForReal
