      Mr. Harvey was extremely helpful and made my banking experience very pleasant. Opening my account was a breeze! He has exceptional customer service and is very personable. Wish there were more bankers like him. He was also very knowledgeable about what credit card would work best with my lifestyle and explained the differences between what I have now and what SunTrust offers. I work with bankers everyday in my line of work and have to say he is one of the most genuine, kind and charismatic that I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. Had bad experiences at other branches so I will be visiting this branch from now on. Thank you Hugh!!

      Unfortunately I had very poor service at this branch. First they didn't inform me that there is a $7.00 charge for cashing a check if we don't have an account with them. They asked me to present 2 forms of ID. I went back home to get my second ID, but when I returned to the bank I was told of the charge for cashing a small check. I used to have an account with them but I cancel it due to poor service or too many charges.
