      I've been a customer since 1985. I have developed a wonderful relationship with all the bank employees. They have always been kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and met my needs outstandingly.

      The absolute worst. No help whatsoever for a loyal account holder of over 30 years. With both business and personal relationships the representatives tell you to go online. Not everyone goes online, what happened to the customer service? For assistance with SBA loans, this institution and lender were assigned directly from the SBA, however they all seem to have no knowledge on the lending or interest on helping a loyal client. I will be transferring my relationship to Townebank, a true community bank
