      I have used bb&t for years with no problems . Ever since the transition to truist i have had the worst banking experience ever. They charge fees for everything! I've had money disappear from my account with no explanation. Rude customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

      Branch manager David is terrible. I got accused of fraud for trying to send a wire to my contractor. He’s very arrogant and disrespectful to customers. I’m sure he’s not the same with other ethnicity. He’s a terrible leader and shouldn’t be in the position he’s in. I went to another Truist branch and successfully sent the same wire the same day. If anybody has had a problem with David please message me so we can start a suit. The way I was treated was unbelievable.
