      ABSOLUTELY WORST BANK EVER since Suntrust became Truist its literally been causing more and more problems for both personal and business. Looking for a dependable bank with customer service GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!

      This particular branch is the worst! I haven't had this many issues with a bank account my whole life. We are changing banks by the end of the month. Idk if this is a reflection of the new merger but if so it isn't looking good. Unprofessional, my account is never accurate they pend everything starting on Friday until Monday or Tuesday. And our paycheck deposit isn't available until 8 or 9 am on Friday! Terrible just terrible.
