      My favorite Truist branch. Branch manager is friendly and helpful. Other bankers at this branch greet you and ask how they can help you. Tellers greet you and are friendly and professional. Everyone seems to enjoy working here. High marks all around!

      I have a business account which was transferred from BB&T. Truist is the most Terrible bank I have ever dealt with. Every single time I try to do anything with this bank it's a problem. Every time trying to use online banking and every time trying to call. I cannot call customer service and speak to a representative without spending 5 minutes navigating menus that dont recognize your social security number or tax ID. When experiencing a problem and needing to speak with someone you can almost guarantee 90 plus minutes because you only have about a 1 in 3 chamce that someone will know whats happening. P.S. I cannot speak directly of the individuals inside of this branch Its the company and the unreliable technology they use. If you want to withdraw cash be careful. They dont hold very much money in their bank. They may not be able to fulfill your request. I have had an overwhelmingly poor experience every step of the way with this banks systems. Let Me Have BB&T Back!
