      I find it interesting that one person's three star review can be another person's five star. The whole reason I go to SunTrust is because of the home town feel, the fact that the "tellers take too long and talk too much" is what I love the most. If you want faster service and a less personable experience, switch to online banking. Come to the branch for that friendly attitude!

      Long wait time in line in lobby every time I go there; clerks are very slow and too much small talk with customers, slows service down! The bank is in horrible condition! Needs to be remodeled! It needs serious work to make it less of a "ghetto-type" atmosphere! As a woman, I am actually very nervous and uncomfortable doing my banking at that particular branch! They had their main doors shot out a while back, took a long time to repair, they just boarded it up, looked terrible and terrifying! I only bank there now if I have to go on a Saturday as they are the only branch in Lynchburg area that has their looby open for a whole 3 hours! It's just gross inside and outside!!!!! Suntrust, you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!! Spruce up your banks...they desperately need it; especially THIS ONE!!!!!
